Everything on this website, in our workbooks, in the FA Home Base app, in our posts, newsletters and events, and in mentorship conversations is for educational and informational purposes only.

We can't promise any particular outcome. Using our workbooks, app, mentorship or other resources does not guarantee athletic performance, playing time, a scholarship, recruitment, NIL deals or income, employment, business success or any financial result. Results depend on many factors, including each person's effort, circumstances and choices.

Testimonials, quotes and athlete or family stories on this site reflect the individual experiences of those people. They are not typical or guaranteed results, and your experience may be different. If someone is paid or receives something of value for sharing their story, we'll say so.

NIL information

Information about name, image and likeness (NIL) is general. NIL rules are different from state to state and from school to school, and athletic associations and conferences have their own rules. These rules change often. Before you sign an NIL agreement or accept anything of value, check with your school's compliance office and, when appropriate, a licensed attorney or tax professional.

No affiliation or endorsement

Unless we clearly say otherwise, Foundations Athlete is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the NCAA, the NFL or any other professional league, any athletic conference or association, or any college or university. Team, school and league names are used only for identification, and they remain the property of their owners. A team member's past playing career does not mean that school or team endorses Foundations Athlete.
